1. Promoter

1.1. The promoter of this competition is Coochie Resources Pty Ltd trading as Coochie HydroGreen (the “Promoter”).

1.2. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.3. This competition is conducted as part of Coochie HydroGreen’s 30th Anniversary celebrations.

2. Competition Period

2.1. The competition opens at 12:00am AEDT on Monday, 26 October 2026.

2.2. The competition closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, 23 November 2026.

2.3. Entries received outside the competition period will not be accepted.

2.4. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

3.2. Employees, directors and officers of Coochie Resources Pty Ltd, participating franchisees, and their immediate family members are INELIGIBLE.

3.3. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting their entry.

3.4. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3.5. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the competition.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, eligible participants must, during the competition period:

• Visit the official Coochie HydroGreen giveaway landing page at [INSERT WEBSITE URL].
• Complete the online entry form with their full name, suburb/postcode, contact phone number and email address.
• Confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Submit the completed entry form before the competition closing date.

4.2. Entry is free. Standard internet or mobile data charges may apply.

4.3. Entrants are encouraged to follow Coochie HydroGreen on Facebook and Instagram; however, following, liking, commenting on or sharing social media content is not a condition of entry and does not increase the chances of winning.

4.4. Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

4.5. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical difficulties beyond its reasonable control.

5. Prize Details

5.1. One eligible winner will receive the Ultimate Backyard Makeover Prize Package, valued at approximately $6,592 AUD.

5.3. All prize values are in Australian dollars and are based on recommended retail prices or estimated values at the time of preparation.

5.4. The specific product models, colours and sizes are subject to confirmation and availability.

5.5. If any product becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval.

5.6. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

5.7. The Promoter will arrange and cover standard delivery costs to the winner’s eligible Australian delivery address.

5.8. Any additional costs not expressly included in the prize package, including optional accessories, installation or additional services, are the responsibility of the winner.
